Nos termos do artigo 17.º, alínea k), do Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, de 14 de fevereiro, os serviços relacionados com atividades de lazer que preveem uma data ou período de execução específicos, como é o caso dos bilhetes para os espetáculos da Fado ao Centro, estão excluídos do direito de livre resolução (arrependimento) previsto para contratos celebrados à distância.

Isto significa que, uma vez concluída a compra, aplicam-se exclusivamente as condições de cancelamento, reembolso e não comparência descritas na nossa Política de Reservas, Cancelamentos e Reembolsos.


8. Law and Jurisdiction

  • For all matters that are not regulated by these conditions, Portuguese law is applicable.
  • In case of dispute, in the interpretation or application of these conditions, the district court of Coimbra is competent, with express waiver of any other. Although it has been translated into English, the document in Portuguese prevails.

Em caso de litígio de consumo, o consumidor pode recorrer a uma entidade de Resolução Alternativa de Litígios de Consumo, nos termos da Lei n.º 144/2015, de 8 de setembro.
