Booking policy cancellations and refunds

1. Cancellation period
Cancellations are not allowed after 2 days before the ticket date.
In case of non-cancellation or no-show, no refund will be made.
2. Booking Fee
Cancellations are allowed up to 2 days before the ticket date (until 5pm on the 2nd day before the ticket date).
The amount to be refunded will be net of the booking fee of 15% of the total ticket price.
3. Repayment period
Refunds will be made within a maximum period of 14 days.
4. Cancellation and refund of payments made via credit card or via Paypal
Payments made via credit card or via Paypal will be refunded, by the same means, to the credit card holder or Paypal account holder who made the purchase.
Cancellations must be requested via email to the address – direcao@fadoaocentro.com, which must include the following information:
- Electronic ticket code/number
- Name of the Credit Card Holder or name of the Paypal Account Holder who made the Purchase;
5. Cancellation and refund of payments made via Multibanco system
Payments made via Multibanco system will be refunded by wire transfer.
Cancellations must be requested via email to the address – direcao@fadoaocentro.com, which must include the following information:
Payments via Multibanco (cards issued in Portugal):
- e-ticket code
- Copy of proof of payment
- Bank account number
- Name of the bank account holder
Payments via Multibanco (cards issued in the Euro Zone):
- e-ticket code
- Copy of proof of payment
- IBAN code
- SWIFT code
- Name of the bank account holder
Multibanco payments (cards issued outside the Eurozone):
- e-ticket code
- Copy of proof of payment
- Name of the bank account holder
- Account number
- Name of the bank
- SWIFT code
- Bank’s address
